My Development

We value the benefit that a highly-skilled workforce brings to MNPA and our clients, and we devote considerable time and resources to training our staff.

How will you know what my development needs are?

We are committed to the continual development of all our staff.  You will have a Personal Development plan identifying your Training and Development requirements and this will be reviewed regularly. In addition we have a Corporate Training Plan in place to meet operational training needs as our business grows.

Who assesses my development needs?

Your manager will discuss and agree your Personal Development plan with you regularly.  In addition our Learning and Development Advisor will meet with you to discuss and identify any specific areas of training and development you may require.

How will my development needs be met?

We combine a full range of Learning and Development activities tailored to suit your individual learning style to ensure the most effective outcome.  We use a variety of activities including formal training programmes, e-learning, 1:1 coaching as well as on-the-job training.
