Pensions Administrator
I have been at MNPA for over 3 years. In my role I process retirements, transfers and divorces. I answer any queries that members may have and I check and authorise other team member's work. In addition, I also work two days per week on the client management team to gain experience. The people here are great, and if you want career progression, MNPA provide you with all the support to achieve this.
Pensions Administrator
I joined MNPA in 2009 and subsequently the opportunity arose for me to be promoted to the Lead Administrator for two of our Schemes. My day to day duties are challenging and varied and can range from calculating member’s benefits, to preparing the quarterly Admin Reports for our Clients. The best thing about MNPA is being provided with the opportunity to progress and being given increased responsibility within my role. I am currently undertaking an NVQ in Customer Service and studying for the Retirement Provision Certificate.
Executive Support Administrator
I am responsible for providing administrative support and managing the Executive and Senior Management diaries. I liaise with clients and third parties when required. I am also responsible for the collation of expenses and attending meetings and producing minutes. I am on the Sports and Social Committee and last year volunteered at the Queen Elizabeth Foundation for the Disabled by creating a new garden for the residents. I enjoy working at MNPA because it has allowed me to develop and learn new skills.
Project Manager
I joined MNPA after completing my A levels, in 1992, 18 years ago. I have been in my role as Project Manager since 2005, where I manage various types of client projects from new business implementations to scheme change projects and special projects. I am also responsible for managing MNPA internal corporate projects. MNPA offers lots of opportunities to progress, change roles, and develop.
