Elaine

Elaine

Administration Manager

I joined MNPA in April 2005 and I am responsible for 3 administration teams looking after the day to day pension administration for members of 11 different pension schemes. I like it that MNPA listens to their staff and I love the fact that my voice is heard and I can make a difference. Although fundamentally quite shy, I love standing up in front of a room of people to deliver a presentation or some training and am often involved with our new business pitches - I think there must be an actress somewhere deep in my soul trying to escape!

Business Analyst

With a background encompassing over 10 years in the actuarial profession, and similar periods developing administration systems, and working as an administration manager, I have a very broad range of experience within the pensions industry. My transfer to MNPA in September 2009 under a TUPE agreement has allowed my role to broaden considerably. My main responsibility in recent months has been in developing MNPA’s data integrity tool, which now incorporates over 300 conditional data validations. I am also heavily involved in looking at the way MNPA operates and identifying risk-free business efficiencies in the various processes. Outside the office, I am often to be found watching cricket at nearby Edgbaston.

Colin

Colin

Senior Pensions Administrator

I started at MNPA as an implementation co-ordinator working on a data cleaning project, before transferring to the administration team responsible for the client as an administrator. Over the years I have been involved in the implementation of a number of new clients assisting in their delivery, followed by the role as lead administrator to ensure all aspects of the day to day administration run smoothly and maintaining a good relationship with the client. I have been given the opportunity to be involved in various parts of the organisation and progress my career to a senior administrator, which is my current role. I oversee the day to day administration for a number of large clients ensuring a good level of service is maintained and support the team manager with his duties.

Andrew

Andrew

Senior Client Manager

I am accountable for all aspects of client delivery, development of new services and building the relationship between MNPA and the client. MNPA's approach to working with clients is in partnership and therefore my responsibilities encompass working with Pension Managers, Trustees and their advisors regarding the service and good governance of their scheme. I have competed for Great Britain in acrobatic gymnastics and in my spare time coach for the Great Britain squad at World and European Championships. In my spare time I help to coach Spelbound, the winners of the ITV Show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ in 2010.
