As a pension administrator, you will be part of a team making members feel like valued customers. Your day could range from answering a member’s query about their pension scheme to processing a forthcoming retirement on our highly automated administration system, UPM.
Our payroll administrators handle over £50m pension payments a month and have just the right approach to making pensioners feel like valued customers.
Accounting for the many transactions made by our clients’ pension schemes is the work of our Client Accountants.
Incoming work is scanned and indexed in Office Services by a multi-disciplinary team providing everything from reception to sending out pensioner payslips and member mailings.
Our Information Systems team support everything we do from developing calculations on UPM, data management and systems administration to manning our helpdesk.
Bringing excellent service together is the role of our Client Managers and Client Liaison Managers, who work with our clients and their advisors to ensure all stakeholders have the information necessary to play their part in the effective management of the client’s pension scheme.
