What development would I get?
Our approach is to employ people who want to increase their knowledge and skills. We give them the opportunity to reach their potential through performance reviews, development reviews and personal development plans. Our Learning and Development Manager is available to discuss and identify specific areas of training and development that our employees may require.
Our Learning and Development activities are made to suit different learning styles and include a range of on-line learning, in-house and external training courses, workshops and seminars. In addition, on the job training is available for all employees.
Can I study for qualifications?
Over 50% of our employees are either professionally qualified or are actively studying for professional qualifications. We support our employees whether they are studying for a pension related qualification (QPA, RPC, PMI), or for another national qualification.
We offer study leave and financial assistance with tuition and exam fees. We also have a network of people available to mentor employees. These include line managers, our Learning and Development Manager and existing qualified employees.
What Career progression could I get?

Several of our longest serving employees started their career with us and have progressed up through the company increasing their knowledge and responsibility.
