Having undertaken a successful period of growth over the last few years, MNPA is now embarking on its next stage of development. As part of our growth strategy we are currently undergoing a restructure of the operational areas of the business, resulting in new opportunities becoming available.
Heading up a team of 50 operations staff delivering pension administration, client and accounting service to our clients, you will be responsible for the leadership of those teams and for developing MNPA’s relationships with clients, ensuring MNPA maintains its reputation in the market.
Managing an operational plan, you will ensure that a high quality service is provided and that client expectations are consistently achieved. In conjunction with other senior managers, you will have a key role in developing our business strategy in line with client and market expectations, building on MNPA’s success to date.
