Why MNPA?

We are able to offer individuals the opportunity to join a developing company, with an excellent reputation in the market as a high quality service provider and good employer.

What sort of work would I be doing?

As a growing company we have a variety of roles available within pension administration, payroll, client management, client accounting, project management, information technology and office services.  The vast majority of our roles are client facing, dealing directly with our clients and their members. You will need great customer care skills to make our customers feel valued
and the technical knowledge necessary for
effective delivery.

Who will I be working with?

We align relationships with our clients so you will be working with fellow team members to deliver an excellent service to a defined customer group.  Most roles involve cross-team working as well as regular interaction with our clients and their advisors.

What sort of support and development would I get?

Our approach to people management is to employ skilled and committed staff who are then given the opportunity to fulfil their potential through development and experience.  Our values mean you will always receive support from
your peers and line manager.

How would you help me settle in?

All new joiners participate in our full induction programme. Your first day will be spent getting to know about your MNPA benefits, policies and procedures and an introduction to our systems. You will also have the opportunity to meet the rest of your team.   Once you have settled in you will be invited on an Office Tour, where you will meet representatives from across the business who will give you a flavour of their roles and responsibilities. You will also meet Our Exec Team.
