We use a modern, administration system – UPM – that combines electronic document management, pension administration, pensioner payroll and workflow management. This means that actions and tasks can be dealt with efficiently and accurately.
Our performance reporting framework covers qualitative as well as quantitative measures - member satisfaction, timeliness, accuracy and regulatory compliance. This allows trustees to see the big picture in terms of our performance and have visibility of, and control over, the service to members.
We publish an annual audit assurance report – the AAF 01/06 report - that provides a detailed review of our operational controls and how they have been applied for the year, independently verified by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
