Client Access
Client Access is a secure, shared workspace for clients, trustees and advisers, housing a variety of documents and information in one place. Designed to facilitate scheme management in an effective manner, it uses a practical working structure that allows the latest information to be easily located and shared between users working in different places. Typically documents posted to this site will include:
- Trustee meeting papers, scheme documents, pensions news and updates, scheme calendar and contact information
- Regularly-used material, such as project plans, minutes of recent meetings and drafts being worked on by one or more of the site users
- Legal and reference material such as the Trust Deed and Rules, Statement of Investment Principles and latest actuarial valuation
- Compliance documentation to facilitate trustees’ business, such as the business plan, risk log and conflicts of interest policy.
