Member Access


As a major third party administrator, we know that members need information about their pension scheme benefits when they are making plans for the future, or when their circumstances change. 

Member Access creates a series of journeys to help members deal with all their immediate needs.  The site provides all the information currently available in their scheme booklets, and downloadable documents and forms – such as notification of a change of address or nomination of a new beneficiary.

It also contains general pensions news items as well as information relating to individual schemes.  Clients can use the website to keep members informed of key events and announcements relating to the scheme in a cost effective and convenient way.
