MNPA is a specialist pension administrator, providing a comprehensive range of pension administration services comprising:

Our core activity is administration of UK-based defined benefit, defined contribution, hybrid and career-average (“CARE”) pension schemes. Our aim is to work with clients where there is a good cultural fit and where our particular approach to service delivery fits most appropriately and can add value.
We use Civica’s Universal Pensions Management (UPM) software, a comprehensive pension administration software solution embracing workflow management and EDM, providing a very high level of automation. Processes, scanned documents, member data, pension calculations, outgoing correspondence, pension payroll and DC functionality are integral to the system, removing the need to integrate separate software packages.
We currently administer 39 schemes covering 330,000 members and pay £58m per month to over 125,000 pensioners.
