Our range of services includes:

• Arranging and attending trustee meetings, including arranging the venue and inviting attendees
• Agreeing the agenda in advance of the meeting
• Preparing and distributing the agenda and meeting papers
• Helping trustees conduct meetings in accordance with the law and the Trust Deed and Rules
• Taking minutes and following up actions
• Recording decisions taken by trustees at and between meetings
• Ensuring all relevant actions from delegated authorities are reported to the trustees at meetings.
