ISO 2001:2008
As part of our commitment to quality, we have continually operated a Quality Management System that has been compliant with the International Standard, BS EN ISO 9001:2008, in its various forms, since 1993. Ongoing compliance is confirmed by the British Standards Institute ("BSI") through rolling six-monthly assessments, the most recent of which was completed in August 2012. In the resulting report, BSI commented "Overall, a very positive assessment".
